We were booking in peak of holiday seasons,good options in central seoul were all booked out,and those remaining were costly.
So this one was available at reasonable price for 5 days.
We booked it.
Its actual name is SAM MOTEL,keep it in mind.In naver it might show by name "saem motel".
Room is good for the price.
As our main goal was to explore seoul as much as possible.Room was just to crash in at night
Connectivity wise it is good.
Use a climate card in seoul,its very good.
Metro station is like 10-15mins walk.
But i would suggest get climate card and just in 50metres there is bus stop,use bus to reach those metro stations where u might change lines and use metro conveniently.

i didn't took a picture but as a solo traveler i really have a comfortable stay here, i asked the staff if it's okay to come early and they said yes. will surely return here if i have a chance 👌

Wanted a spot close by to Goechok Stadium since I was attending a concert there. This place was perfect as it was only a 20 minute walk. Lots of great restaurants in the area as well. Hotel was a bit hard to locate since the photo on the site doesn't match what the exterior actually looks like now. Check-in was a breeze. Room is cozy, perfect for 1 person. Comfortable bed and I liked that it had things like a phone charger and an amenities kit. Fridge is also nice to have in the room though it would be nice to have a microwave to reheat leftovers. The one negative is the room was on a busy street and there was construction going on all night. Even if it wasn't happening seems like noise could be an issue, especially if you're a light sleeper. Wonderful though for just a night.

location is okay since it is near gocheok dome. so location wise if you are watching concert this is okay however similar to other typical korean accommodation there is no elevator and my room is in 4th floor. lucky for me since I don't have big luggages.
the owner ajuhssi can't speak english so if you are foreigner that is first time having this kind of accommodation it is not so much recommended.
but value for money wise it is good specially if you are only having this accommodation to sleep after watching concerts.
