    Good place to visit, plenty of rooms available, but maintenance is very poor specially in the Block B & C. Rooms smells old and more humid. No WiFi, No room service or call connection. The pool area is good especially for kids. Many of facilities in and around the property are non functional.

    Honestly, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. First, several facilities in the room were not functioning properly. The water heater did not work, the air-conditioning temperature could not be adjusted, and the jacuzzi was not functioning. For the price paid, this is simply unacceptable. Then came the biggest issue — check-in. We only managed to check in at around 6 PM, which was already extremely late. To make matters worse, after finally being given a room, we discovered that there was already another guest inside the room. We had to repeatedly go up and down to the lobby to resolve the issue. It was incredibly frustrating and completely ruined the experience. What made it even worse was the hotel’s response. After all the inconvenience, the hotel did not provide any proper compensation or meaningful solution. The only thing offered was a 1-hour late check-out. Seriously? After making guests wait until 6 PM to check in and then giving them a room that was already occupied, a one-hour extension is hardly an acceptable form of compensation. A hotel can have technical issues, but the way a hotel handles problems says a lot about its management. Unfortunately, in this case, the service and handling of the situation were extremely poor. Save yourself the trouble and book another homestay. There are plenty of options with direct owners and self check-in that offer a much smoother and more hassle-free experience. Definitely will not stay here again.
