The hotel staff were very friendly and provided service with a warm and helpful attitude. However, considering the price we paid, the facilities and overall cleanliness need significant improvement. The rooms felt outdated, the bathroom could have been much cleaner. the shower water pressure could be more strong to consider as comfortable.

Was only here for one night before heading to Machu Picchu but was everything we needed! Comfy bed, clean and quiet room while being super central (only a few minutes walk to the train). Staff was friendly too and let us store bags during our trip

The hotel is very close to the train entrance at just 5 minutes away. Overall, the room was very clean and the staff was very nice and helpful.

I think I was unlucky with my room. Room was large and clean but had a terrible odour of urine. Smell didn’t seem to be coming from the toilet or bathroom so wonder if it was an issue in the adjoining property. Terrace had nice view of mountains but was also next to a kitchen area and lots of dirty rags etc on roof in front of terrace so wasn’t nice to sit out on. Other rooms in property seemed to have much nicer terrace/balcony areas so overall think I was just unlucky with my room.
