Elmer was the best front desk staff we’ve ever encountered. He was very friendly, easy to communicate with speaking good English, gave sound advises regarding important things to know about the town, and he’ll go out if his way for things, small and big, that you need for your stay. As for the hotel itself, it’s very clean, breakfast was decent, no elevator, beds were comfy, but the room had a bit of a smell coming from the outdated cabinets and drawers so we had to keep the windows propped open, location was a bit of a struggle as the hotel sits on top of the hill away from the center plaza. But overall, it’s surrounded by many shops and restaurants conveniently walkable.
