It was an OK place to grab a night's rest. The room seemed clean enough, bed was nice and comfortable, unfortunately only one of the remotes had batteries so turning on the aircon, ceiling fan or tv involved juggling batteries around between remotes which was inconveniencent. The fridge in the room also did not work. The outdoor garden like setting of the bathroom was nice, unfortunately there was not enough hot water to take advantage of the bath tub whilst enjoying the greenery, the bench beside the bathroom sink has rotted where the faucet was mounted leaving it flopping around, yet still functional. The grounds appeared a bit run down, and clearly had seen a lot of traffic recently, some work needed here to get them looking nice again, oh and clean up some of the dog poo. Breakfast was well below par, extremely basic. I asked for the omelette which turned out to be fried eggs, my partner had the noodles, which were just instant noodles. There was no fruit, juice or cold drinks available to have with the breakfast and I did not see any tea or coffee available, definitely a lot of room for improvement in this area. Would we stay here again? Well we wouldn't rule it out but it was not worth what we paid for the night, based on my experience it was worth half what we paid.

A bit out of the way but it's got a lot of other things going for it. Nice gardens, large areas of lawn & an absolutely stunning & large pool. The room was large, very clean & bright with a lot of natural light. Bed was comfortable, firm but not hard. A few negatives; shower over the bath was awkward to use & the external stairs up to the room were very steep & had no handrail. If you're not confident with this I'd book a ground floor. The included breakfast was pretty ordinary, some noodles, phõ & coffee. There was a bit of language barrier (on my behalf) so there may have been more available but I'll never know! Good Value for money.

We really liked our stay here, the staff were great, bed was comfortable and the hot shower was needed!
