Although the location is excellent and service staff (except the manager)courteous, it cannot be called a 'resort ' and pls don't attach any meaning to the word 'Ayurveda' in the hotel's name as there are no facilities included in the price charged and the massage expert is on paid and on call basis just like any other hotel. As for the Deluxe room, the single seater sofa seat was torn, the furniture was of cane, the main door lock was intermittently faulty, the toilet spray holder was dangling, no dental/shampoo/bath kit/shaving kit was provided but i was charged some 7.5k which is costly considering the average furniture and fixtures supplied in the room.Kettle was provided on request basis. Plus the worst part was that the hotel was 16 kms away from city centre and that too accessible only by the private boat on call provided for ferrying hotel guests. Room can be considered 2 star at the most. They need to upgrade the room so that it becomes worthy of its name and is not just a namesake.
