The hotel location is very good; however, during my stay I faced several serious issues.
The air conditioner in my room was not working. Even after raising a complaint, the issue was not rectified. In addition, there was a bad smell inside the room, which made the stay uncomfortable.
Due to these problems, I vacated the room within one day, even though I had made an advance payment for two days.
I kindly request you to refund the room rent for one day at the earliest.
