    Had booked for Budget room. Agoda listing says airconditioner included Hotel owner says not included. Had to pay extra for airconditioned room. And then most of the time no power supply. They did not start the generator. Also no fan in the room. And the bed was touching the wall on both sides. So have climb on to the bed from the leg end. Wrong design.. slightly claustrophobic..

    Booked semi delux room for four members (4BOYS) with extra beds...but they convince to take dormentry.. They changed our semi delux room to other couple guest without our permission and they kept our belongings in reception when we went out for lunch.. While questioning them,they saying we thought to call,but forgot like that.. After raising the complaint they arrange room nearby hotel.. LADY IN THAT RECEPTION IS VERY WORST IN GUEST HANDLING..VERY WORST BEHAVIOUR.
