    Location was great. Within 5 minite walk to Urakami station. The room was spacious. The washer was convenient and a few detergent pods was included. The check in process was the only thing I didn't care for. It is a self check in procedure. We stood there in the lobby for some time trying to enter all our information with phone. Because we were already traveling around Kyushu for a week before coming to this hotel, we didn't check email to enter info ahead of time.. I can't imagine how people whom are not as tech savvy to check in with ease.

    Great location. Great room decoration, new, clean and modern, equipped with all the necessary appliances like kitchen, microwave , washy machine. Great location, parking is just in front of the hotel itself, department store, convenience store and tram station are very near. A little bit fuzzy at the time we checked in 😊, but the online staff was very helpful.

    After booking online, I did not realize that this hotel did not have a front desk until I spoke with a reservation agent. Therefore, basically no assistance can be expected. They do not accept early check-in or late check-out requests either. There were a few problems with check-in, as I had to enter my information into the computer at the front desk. It is all automated, which may work for some people, but our group wanted real human communication. There was no welcome tea or welcome coffee. The hotel is owned by a Japanese cab company, so it was easy to call a cab upon departure. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)
