    Location: good room: clean when we entered. cleaner comes into the room every morning to clean up. Facilities: everything listed in the room was present and working, except the shower heater, which got cold intermittently. Staff: the hotel is unmanned, but response by staff through the Agoda app is prompt and helpful. Tldr: good place, would recomment.

    Grand Base is able to be found easily. 7-11 store is just next door. Short walking diatance to the JR station. Strongly recommended.

    Modern small condo is larger than nearby hotels in train station area, but the room lacks natural light and has a cramped configuration. Front desk is remote, making check-in tedious. Appliances all worked well. Good shower. Choice comes down to one's priorities.

    Looked great in photos, but in reality the sofa occupied way too much space - I was unable to shift my luggage around. The worst part: the cleaning crew did not care. There were urine stains on the toilet seat- the kind that leaves a strong smell. I swear all the train stations / public toilets in Japan did not even have this!!! There were also random hairs on the bed, washing machine had a towel left behind (from the previous user???? Idek at this point), random small garbage left on the floor, fingerprints left at high touch point areas (fridge door, toilet door). Honestly it was disappointing in terms of size and cleanliness. Imagine cleaning up after the previous room user on your holiday. I would rather book a much more expensive actual hotel knowing this. The only plus point was the washing machine (free of charge) and you could hang the clothes to dry in the shower (there was an option to switch the air settings in the shower to DRY mode to quick dry your clothes).
