    We have stayed in Goutam hotel and resort. Awesome experience and lots of fun in swimming pool. Helpful staff. All facilities are available.

    Excellent service for the price! The hotel was really good for this price range, and the staff was extremely supportive and thoughtful. We had informed them the night before that we needed to leave at 5:00 AM due to an emergency. When we hadn’t left even by 5:30 AM, the staff actually called us to remind us that we had mentioned leaving early. I really appreciated this gesture. Since we had to leave early in the morning, the entire team was prepared for us even before we came down to check out. That level of service was genuinely impressive. The hotel is in a good location, has ample parking, and all the other facilities were also very good. Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality, especially at this price point. Highly recommended!

    We had a wonderful time with the family. The rooms were very clean, the kids loved the outdoor pool, and the breakfast had many great choices.

    The hotel is inline with India standards ... not too bad, not too good. What ruined my experience was the reception desk that tried to scam me for more money. I booked a deluxe room but they claimed that I should have booked a pool view room. The issue is "Pool view" wasn't even a listed category for this hotel. The other issues were no hot water for most of the day and night. Room had dirty sheets and smelled like stinky feet. There are no window screens. The restaurant food was just terrible.
