I paid stay + fees and they charged me again fees at check in. The invoice they sent me, was for less ammount I paid for.

All rooms face the street, you hear the noise of all cars and motorcycles, all the steps and conversations from guests, as well as all the people who enter and leave the hotel. It’s not that clean, but I give 5 stars to the staff, specially Sebastian and Victoria , they are very friendly and do everything to make you feel good. Breakfast is not varied, it is always the same, but it’s good. The location is good, and taking Uber is very easy. I recommend using Uber, and paying with credit card through the app if you are foreigner , exchange rate is better. It is a safe area, and close to restaurants and shopping mall a short drive away. They do not have ice ! Something a little strange in a hotel, they don’t have ice. But they offer medical service, doctors will go to hotel in case of any emergency. Thanks again to Sebastian and Victoria, you did great. Hotel could be rate with 5 stars just because the staff.
