    Such a charming and clean room, it was very convenient to have my own washing machine. Although my room was top quality, it is not what stood out the most. The manager of the location is one of the most welcoming, kind hearted and friendly people I have ever met. I felt at home from the moment we met, he helped me into my room and provided his contact details for 24/7 contact if ever anything was needed. Upon checking out I asked him where I could purchase a small bag to travel with, instead of telling me where, he wholeheartedly insisted that I take one of his bags. Very seldom would one come across a person so kind hearted. 10/10 I recommend and WILL return.

    This place is perfect for those solo traveler that wants to stay in a room by themselves with some privacy. The room is properly maintained and a lot of the amenities looks quite new. The addition of the washer within the room also meant that you get to pack light. Dryer however is available at additional charge. This property is definitely further away from the popular spots in Seoul but, if you're like me who is looking for an authentic Korean experience amongst many native Koreans, this place is perfect. The subway station is not that far away. However, if you take the bus from the bus stop right outside, it is a no brainer. It is actually recommended to do that because the bus runs quite frequent and it is going to be part of one single fare charged to you anyways. The manager, Victor is very kind, friendly, and helpful. He even went out of the way to bring me around to find the Korean foods that I was craving for and helped me out with some of my special requests. All in all, a great place to stay while you're in Seoul.

    Looks like a good deal with everything in one room, but I highly recommend spending more elsewhere if you prioritize rest. The bed was uneven, slanted, and incredibly uncomfortable. Structural noise made sleep nearly impossible all week; a complete lack of proper soundproofing means you hear every single keypad beep and conversation in the communal hallway late into the night. I was surprised by the positive reviews, as my experience was very different. While the manager was friendly and helped with luggage, and the room itself was clean, the stay was ultimately very difficult. I was unable to sleep or rest properly the entire time.
