The resort was not maintained. There was no cleanliness. The entire area had a typical smell especially the restaurant which is in basement. There are insects all around because of which one cannot leave the room door or balcony door open even for a minute.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family for 3 nights in March 26. The entire experience was truly memorable. The staff was extremely polite, friendly, and always ready to help, which made us feel very comfortable throughout our stay. The service was prompt and efficient, with quick responses to every request.
The food was absolutely delicious, with great taste and quality maintained consistently. The property itself is beautifully maintained—neat, clean, and surrounded by lush greenery, giving a peaceful and refreshing jungle-like feel.
Another big advantage is the location, as all major tourist spots are conveniently close to the hotel, making sightseeing very easy.
Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mahabaleshwar. Looking forward to visiting again! 😊

The resort location is very secluded with nothing around for atleast 3-4 km on both sides. While it makes it very quiet place, its also difficult to get around after dark. Food is ok and rooms are ok as well. Overall average hotel where you can stay for a day or two if you want to get away from world and mobile phone network.
