Our stay was lovely, the staff were super hospitable and accommodated all our requirements. The food was great and the rooms very clean and well maintained.

Overall stay experience was good. Access to the property is little inconvenient and there is literally no mobile network coverage and wifi access which is inconvenient in case of remotely working.

Decent property, pathetic service. All the pictures look much better and bigger on screen than in real life, the property and the rooms. The pool is more a XL jacuzzi than a pool. Overall, very underwhelming place. Would not reccomend for the price. Food was average, at best. The prev nights dirty plates were piled up in the restaurant at breakfast. Last mile connectivity is very bad, the road isn't a real road. Most importantly, the service and staff were very bad. There are a lot of establishments that tell you beforehand, while booking itself, that day guests or visitors are not allowed into the property and Fireflies is *not* one of them. They specified no such rules while booking and then flat out refused to let a friend enter for 5mins before we left the property entirely, I asked for a policy etc to see but there was nothing.. Refusal is one thing, but being rude while doing so is a whole other, esp for people in the hospitality industry. Absolutely disgusting.
