FantaSea Resorts at Atlantic Palace

Resort fees for sleeping with coachroaches. Almost 400 dollars for spending a night with unexpected guests. We asked to change our room,the first employee to talk to us tried to be understanding and accommodating but when we returned back to let them know that the new room was actually a downgrade from the one we had paid before , the second manager never even apologized for all the inconvenience we had to deal with and gave us another one to match what we paid. The new room was free of roaches but toilet flush wasn’t working,bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable and bathroom door was getting stuck often. A total overkill for the amount of money that we paid.

This was my second visit. I love the location, close to the beach. I saved money by ordering groceries and cooking in my room. I was on the 24th floor, fantastic view. I liked the "quiet time" after 10 p.m. The staff was professional and friendly. I plan to stay here again.

20 years ago this place was a great place . It’s on the boardwalk Walk right out to the beach , a pool and parking lot, but now these amenities are not worth the wait to get your room , the elevator wait , the staff so unfriendly, the furniture is old and falling apart plus the dirty vents in the tub . I also had hair in my bed and tub . . I paid ***for 2 nights . I checked out after my first night and wasn’t able to get a refund. . The line for complaints was so long . From rooms not ready at 4 pm to no toilet tissue and missing reservations . It took me 20 minutes to check out because of the computer being slow. It wasn’t explained to me why . I just waited without complaining and the person at the front desk handed me my receipt and looked the other way to continue their conversation about someone’s last day . No thank you come again or explanation of why it took so long , no apology no nothing . . I’m finally done with this place . Also don’t fall for the time share . They are better rooms , but to be in the same building as these awful rooms is not worth it

Atlantic palace is central location right on n the boardwalk and in the middle of everything. The rooms are mini apartments only thing missing is washer and dryer which they have on site. The con is the front staff isn’t the friendliest and the bellmen are rude and will tell you they want a tip. The elevators sometimes take a little while.
