The place is pretty low end in terms of finishes and just general age, but Don, the GM is really spectacular as far as hospitality goes and was able to make up for things that would’ve made this review on the other end of the spectrum. They’re doing some good stuff over there. It’s gonna take some time but long as the guy like Don stays there and gets to know each and every one of his guests, the atmosphere will always be great and you’ll always be able to work around any troubles.

15 minute walk to convention center, staff were friendly, room was clean, hot tub was good and hot.

extremely unformotable bed and pillows, and they didn't provide me a blanket and expect me to sleep under just bed sheets! front desk closes at 5pm so that doesn't help. Complained about this but no compensation is offered. hot tub is nice though.

It seems the place is just for gay people. This should be clearly mentionned on the booking page. Personalle we have had no issues with the persons there. It also should be mentionned that the reception is closed after 4:30 pm.
