First time in Escario / Capitol area and it was very nice and easy. Hassle-free. The room was just enough to sleep, no table to work on but the bed was comfy. The wifi was also very good. 🥰 Thanks!

It's a great hotel for the price and location. Very near essential establishments like restaurants, convenience store and grocery shops. Accessible as well for commute.

This hotel has always been my go-to whenever I have things to attend to in the city. It’s affordable and conveniently located, with ample parking and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are decent, and the beds are very comfortable. I would prefer fluffier pillows, but that’s just a personal preference. The air conditioner was also quite noisy. Unfortunately, an unpleasant encounter with the parking gate attendant affected my stay. On my third day, I was rushing to take my son to his board exams. Although the attendant appeared to have seen my car beside his post, he looked away and did not open the entry barrier until I asked. When I asked why he had ignored me, he raised his voice instead of responding politely and continued shouting angrily even after I had driven through. Regardless of any misunderstanding, I expected a courteous and professional response. I reported the incident to the front desk, and they assured me they would address it. A different attendant was on duty when I checked out, although I cannot confirm whether this was related to my complaint. Overall, the hotel offers good value and convenience, but this experience was disappointing. I hope management ensures that all staff treat guests with courtesy and respect.
