    We had a nice one-night stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was great for exploring Niagara Falls. Would stay here again.

    The room I received was significantly different from the room represented in Agoda’s listing photos for the Premium Fallsview One King Bed. The Agoda photo shows a beautiful, unobstructed Fallsview, giving the impression of a clear and expansive view of the falls. The actual room I received had a substantially more obstructed view, which was a major difference from what was represented when I made the booking. There was also a huge difference in the bathroom. The bathroom shown in Agoda’s photos has a completely different design and configuration from the bathroom in the room I was given. This was not a minor variation between rooms. I understand that hotel rooms can have some differences, but the differences here were substantial enough that I do not believe the Agoda photos accurately represented the room I received. If Room 4202 is indeed part of the Premium Fallsview One King Bed category, Agoda should review and update the listing photos so that guests are given an accurate representation of what they are booking. I relied on Agoda’s photos when selecting and paying for this room, and I was very disappointed by the significant discrepancy between the listing and the actual room.

    Bathtub stuck with bunch of hair. Didn't flush well. Came here mostly because of facilities and cleaning, but cleaning didn't live up to my expectation. I used to go to Oakes for the view, and next time, I'll go back there and I'll recommend there to others, too. Their parking is all on-site with the lower price than hyatt on-site. They have observation deck, which you can see the fireworks even tho your room doesn't have the view. If the cleaning anyway doesn't stand out, why stay at hyatt? I mean, if you like fast elevator, and newer looking interiors, yes, but if you are there simply for the view, go to Oaks.
