The hotel location and price is good. Ms Yara counter staff she was great and good skilled she help very well as the hotel reservation system is zero and they are not respecting the web reservation like agoda and other well and view times I met clients in reception they informed them that your booking even confirmed but we are fully booked so the weekness point in this hotel is not respecting the confirmed reservation in high respect

I had an excellent stay at Elite Hotel by Beverly. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help. The hotel’s location was convenient, and the facilities were excellent. Everything exceeded my expectations, and I truly enjoyed my stay.

We booked a deluxe larger room, they gave us smaller standard room with dirty sheets and stained furniture, after complain we change to deluxe room with dirty furniture, limited toiletries and facilities. They said to me you use to Europe standard and this is a Lebanese standard. If you book with an agent and not direct with them they'll give the worst room.The most is 3 star hotel not 4
