    I am a long stay guest here and have enjoyed my time at this hotel. Thw swimming pool has a great atmosphere and is a wonderful place to relax. I would've to thank Deco for his exceptional service and friendly hospitality.

    Everything was little bit off. The booking system is a whatsapp that I had to wait 20mins for my booking to be confirmed with (Im pretty sure others waited longer). They take a 500 baht safety deposit that they will not return unless you have the physical copy (the photo of the receipt and messages comfirming your booking are not enough apparently). The air conditioning in the room that holds the pods is passable at night but struggles in the heat of day and the capsules themselves only have a tiny little fan to funnel some of that air into the pod - many people had to sleep with doors open to the brightness of the room to keep cool. It wasnt filthy but it definitely wasnt clean and there are no lockers to securely store your bags - anything that you cant store in your pod (which is a little longer than a single sized matress). Bathing must be done in a communal bathing area which is interesting but not clearly indicated at all - I did specifically ask for showers as Id seen another reviewnsay you had to specifically ask and I was told theres just the communal traditional bath. Its owned by a larger corporate body who clearly just dont care about anything other than getting as much cash as possible and it generally shows.
