    Extremely disappointed with my stay. The hotel lacks the gym and pool advertised, though their sister property has them. My experience at that gym felt discriminatory: while another guest was actively training, I was told it was closed for 'maintenance' and denied entry. I was also told the pool was undergoing renovation. To make matters worse, the AC blew only warm air. While the Lebanese food was great and the interior is acceptable, the lack of honesty and poor service overshadowed the stay.

    A very warm welcome from the first moment of my arrival, nice lobby, extremely kind and friendly receptionists and staff members who were willing to help in all possible ways with a beautiful smile on face:))) Clean, tidy, and quiet room with a very comfortable bed and clean bathroom with daily housekeeping!! Breakfast was so delicious with a variety options of food and drinks! Location is great and near everything!! Highly recommended!!
