    The hotel facilities are modern, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed. The rooms are spacious, clean, and equipped with everything needed for both business and leisure travelers. Particular attention is clearly given to guest comfort, with high standards of cleanliness and excellent housekeeping services throughout the property. The quality of service deserves special recognition. The hotel team was consistently attentive, responsive, and eager to assist with any request. Their commitment to customer satisfaction was evident in every interaction and contributed significantly to the positive experience. The hotel's location is also convenient, providing easy access to key areas of Shymkent while offering a comfortable and relaxing environment after a busy day. The restaurant and breakfast service offered a good variety of high-quality food, and the overall facilities met the standards expected from an international hotel brand. Overall, DoubleTree by Hilton Shymkent exceeded my expectations and provided an excellent balance of comfort, professionalism, and value.     Как обычно все на высоком уровне. Все устраивает, кроме спортзала. Зал слишком маленький для такого уровня отеля и бассейн тоже не большой и не глубокий. А в остальном все отлично

    Nice and clean rooms. But a bit underwhelming for the brand. Totally inflexible about any request. But still a good option and close from all tourist attractions. Can provide better value. Overall satisfactory
