    There was a light constantly on in the bathroom, which meant we could not sleep until 3.30 am. We could not turn it off. Also no help from the staff in unloading my luggage - hence I struggled alone and the receptionist noticed that and didn’t offer to assist. The phone was not answered in the morning and throughout the day. And sofa bed was uncomfortable. But facilities were good.
