I recommend this place to anyone that wanted to be near Cubao Bus Terminals as its just less than 5 minutes away. The place was clean especially the actual pod and the CR. The staff was nice too that they allowed us to put our bag prior the check-in time. Overall, great experience!

I stayed overnight because I have errands nearby and this place is a good option. Few minutes walk from gateway and place is clean. You stay in a space capsule which is cool. Recommended for short term and long term stays

Dormitos Review Pros: The space theme and futuristic pods are really cool, especially with the changing light colors, reading room settings, and sleep mode settings. The sliding doors offer a great level of personal privacy. The air circulation inside the pods is decent but you will get stuffy. I spent a long time in the pod. It's not boring. One of the ladies was friendly out of the 2 who worked there. Cons: The luggage storage area is completely out in the open, which doesn't feel secure enough. Also, the Japanese-style mattress is ultra-thin and hurt my back until I eventually got somewhat used to it. The acoustics are a major issue; the pods are not soundproof at all, and your neighbors' volume bleeds heavily straight into your space. The Incident & Service: I had to ask to change pods initially because the girl next to me was having a full-blown phone conversation inside her capsule. The staff did move me, but then that same girl relocated to a couch inside the sleeping area room to continue her loud conversation both days right next to my new pod. When I went through the proper channels to report it a second time, the staff member dismissed it, telling me it was just a "normal conversation." However, she wasn't even in the room to check. I could clearly read her energy she looked kind of irritated covered in a smile. A conversation is not "normal" if it bleeds directly into a sleeping pod when you have a ventilation fan running and headphones on. The girl was animated, speaking with emphasis, and being incredibly inconsiderate. There are plenty of options to take calls without disturbing sleeping guests, like the stairwell, the ground floor, the area by the lockers, or the smoking pit (though that closes at a certain time). As someone who travels often and always leaves the room to respect others when taking a call, I handled this correctly. The staff finally said they would, “fix it”. Oh yeah! It was some beeping noise going on all day I forgot about. Wasn't sure if it was someone's phone notifications or something they had going on in the room. But, I had to block that out eventually. But, the pods echo, Voices carry and sounds heavy in silent rooms. Bathrooms: The shared bathrooms were definitely not the cleanest. The floors desperately needed to be mopped during the days I was there. To make matters worse, the first few stalls didn't even have toilet paper, and there were absolutely no paper towels 🧻 available. The showers were decent though.
