I was attending an educational event and had a comfortable two-night stay here. The place was buzzing with people during the day and appeared to be a popular venue. The room was spacious with gorgeous views of the golf course and the shower was brilliant.

Nice hotel, clean, good location. Food is nice albeit pricey. Only complaint is they tried to add multiple extra charges to the bill when I checked out. So make sure you check it properly!

I stay at the donnington valley hotel a few times a year for business. This time I decided to take my family, parents and in-laws there. It’s just a perfect hotel for all age group.

Decided to treat myself to a last minute solo night away in this lovely hotel., as I’ve stayed several times with my husband. Unfortunately, on my way to check in I had an accident and sustained facial injuries and 2 broken teeth and spent my planned night away in A&E! My husband called the hotel out of courtesy to let them know what had happened and that I would not be checking in. At no point did he ask for, or hint towards a refund or rebooking, however the receptionist immediately announced the hotel’s 24 hour cancellation/refund policy. I feel a little bit of empathy would’ve gone a long way and even if she had really felt the need to relay the cancellation policy, perhaps some training in reading the room would come in handy for her! Very disappointed.
