Our stay at this resort was extremely disappointing and far below acceptable standards. The most serious issue was that there was no running water in our room. When we requested a room change, we were informed that every room in the resort was facing the same problem.
We had chosen this resort to celebrate my husband's birthday, but unfortunately, the experience completely ruined our special occasion. The staff repeatedly assured us that the water supply would be restored within 10 minutes, but it never was. Due to the poor condition of the road leading to the resort, it was unsafe to leave at night, leaving us with no option but to spend the entire day and night without access to water.
The service was also extremely slow. Every request took nearly an hour to be addressed, and the resort appeared to have only one staff member available to manage everything. In addition, the staff member's poor personal hygiene made the overall experience even more unpleasant.
Overall, this stay was a complete waste of our time and money. Despite the severe inconvenience and failure to provide basic amenities, no refund or compensation was offered. I would strongly advise others to avoid this resort until these serious issues are resolved.
