    Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience. The hotel reception closes at 4 pm, and no information was sent to open the building's outer gate. As a result, I was locked outside the hotel and unable to enter. To make matters worse, none of the contact phone numbers work, and I received no response during several attempts to contact them. Luckily, a resident opened the building door for me, and I was able to access the hotel, but I was trapped inside the room, unable to go out for dinner, as I didn't know if I would be able to get back in. Another terrible experience was that the advertisement listed two types of rooms available: Standard with a single double bed, and Deluxe with a Queen Size bed. I booked the Deluxe room with a Queen Size bed, and they put me in the Standard room with a double bed, and refused to refund the difference in price between the Deluxe and Standard rooms.
