Brent has been caring & so accommodating in extending our booking twice… Due to family being in hospital… The room is lovely, relaxing & clean cannot fault it all. Would highly recommend if you want relaxation and to be close to town, restaurants & shopping Mall.

I requested for a late checkout at the counter the night before and was told ok. Checked out around 10:45am the next day (instead of the usual 10am) and when returned the key, everything was told to be ok. Only to receive a receipt by email later that an extra charge was made to my credit card. While I have no issues paying for the extra charges, what I did not appreciate was the fact that I was not informed of the extra charge when requesting for a tad later checkout. And when returning the key, again during checking out, wasn't informed of any extra charges (same person mending the desk throughout). It's understandable that some hotels/motels do charge for late checkout and others do it out of goodwill if it is just for a short period. But I think it is not professional to not say anything about the extra charges and then charge it after the customer leaves. Not cool.
