    Staff were great. Nothing was a problem. Room was clean and tidy, although there was a couple of blown lightbulbs,which we let the staff know. The shower was also leaking and we did let the staff know. The bed was lovely, comfortable and warm, which was nice. The Bentley is really close to the city center so we walked places. It is close to restaurants and takeaways. Fabulous location.

    Paid allot of money for a spa I could t even use due to it being so gross. Thick brown stuff coming out of the jets
