Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Columbus East Airport

This is our absolute favorite hotel!!!! The front desk staff Stacy, Chris, Billie, and Asad (owner) are amazing!!!! The hotel is in an awesome location as well, everything you could possibly need is within a 5-10 mins drive 😁

It’s an awesome hotel!!!! It’s always really clean or they’re always cleaning to tidy up, location is awesome 🤩 everything is within a 5-10 mins drive, and there are plenty of places to have fun. Stacy, Chris, and Billie at the front desk are AWESOME!!!! If you ever have an issues they do their best to resolve it ASAP!!!! 🥰❤️😘 we have really enjoyed it.

But first off I want to start and say yes. When we initially booked the wrong check-in date was selected but what happened after that was all necessary? When we arrived, we realized that the incorrect check-in date was listed on the reservation we contacted Agoda. They stated they had to contact this hotel to verify if they could accommodate the new check-in date. The young lady working second shift at that time stated yes we were told it would take about 15 to 30 minutes for the hotel to receive the information now. Mind you we arrived there about 9:30ish when we hung up the phone and we're told that it would be about 15 to 30 minutes. It was 10:50.. we received the email to our email address around 10:59 stating that the hotel would accommodate the new check-in date and that we were able to check in on March 8th with the checkout date of March 9th.. we went up to the front desk and let them know. Hey, we received our email. You know with the updated information the young lady that was working was now off and there was a gentleman working third shift. He stated that yes he saw the email but they had not received an updated reservation at that time.. and that we needed to get a new reservation Now before I go on I have worked at extended stay and I've actually worked at this particular Day's inn. Once the hotel gives the okay for the date to be changed, you can change the date on a third party reservation or you can create a workaround so that the hotel still receives their money Now let me go back. We waited a few more minutes, maybe 10 to see if the gentleman received his new reservation. Still nothing so we contacted Agoda again. Waited 15 minutes on hold to get through to somebody and then had to be transferred to the representative we had spoke to before. So now it's probably close to 11:45. We told the representative that the gentleman refused to check us in without a new reservation. She stated that they sent over the email stating that the reservation had been changed. The hotel gave the okay. They couldn't send a new reservation because they had already sent the reservation over. Apparently once it's changed in their website, all the hotel needs to do is basically check us in and then bill for it. But the gentleman refused to check us in unless Agoda with send over a new reservation so we end up having him talk to the Toyota representative. He ends up hanging up on her and refusing to check us in so now that he's hung up on the ago to representative, we have to call back in. Wait another now 20 minutes to get through to representative. At this time it's 12:30ish. Remember we got there at 9:45 so we've been sitting in the lobby this entire time. Tired hungry so we get back to the representative she's studying sent the email over. It's been changed since they're in. There's nothing else that they can do. Joe, she tells us we would have to cancel and rebook. Thank God she offered the a go to cash option so I think we finally got the check in. Probably close to 1:00
