The location of the hotel is amazing, since it just a walking distance from the Golden Bridge, and may take some time to reach the Han Market area. Perfect for people who prefer exploring by foot. Situated inbetween the areas of the Marble Mountain and Lady Budha, a short distance walk to My Khe Bridge, and airport is very nearby.
For the room, it was quite spacious and easy tk move around even with 3 luggages opened on tbe floor, baths are clean,

Not sure if it’s normal for hotels in Da Nang to have a fan in the room, but we requested to change rooms because the first one the ac was not cool enough. The second room was a bit better, and we were too tired to ask for another change.
The staff were friendly, and the location was great — close to the Son Tra Night Market and the Dragon Bridge. The pictures on the website looked better than the reality, though.
Overall, it’s still good value for money and recommended for budget travelers.

Overall, it was an ok stay and good value for money, especially if you're looking for a budget place for a short stay. It feels more like a simple, no-frills budget inn with a homely feel.
The room was quite small and cramped, and there wasn't much space left after opening the luggage.
The room and bathroom facilities were also a little dated, with some fittings already showing signs of rust and wear.
Breakfast was not included in the room rate.
The biggest plus point is definitely the location. It's within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge and the famous night market, which makes it convenient for exploring the area, especially in the evening.
The air-conditioning could also use some maintenance, as it wasn't cooling the room sufficiently. Even with the stand fan provided, the room still felt quite warm overall.
For a short stay and at the price point, it was still reasonable and offered good value for money. Just don't expect too much in terms of room space or facilities.
