Aluna Residence Homestay

This hotel is located within walking distance to the Dragon Bridge where you can view the fire show at weekend and visit the surrounding night market. The room is extremely large.

No one at lobby most of the time. Lack of supply of drinking water. We have to walk upstair barefood without lift. The bathroom lacks of wall hangers for towel and clothing.

A very clean and comfortable stay in a quiet street near many shops and eating places. The lighting in the room was very good and the mirrors were able to be illuminated to your desired setting. Conditioner was provided as an extra bonus.

Nothing to dislike about the property but if I have to be picky, I would say that the hot water in the shower should be hotter than “just warm”.

The location is great for seeing the dragon bridge and the fire/water show. The room is cheap, so it's okay value for money. The woman at reception was very nice and helpful.

I feel like many of the reviews are not real after staying here, because had we known about the things we didn't like, we probably wouldn't have stayed here. The room and bathroom were not up to the standards of cleanliness we are used to in Asia, and we've been travelling for 4 months. The window wouldn't close properly and the bedsheets left us feeling a bit itchy, not from bugs or anything like that, but just not a nice material.
