Location is far. No one was available during check out at the reception despite them giving us reminder calls. Washrooms could be better. TV remotes not working. Place was clean and spacious enough at this price.

Clean and comfortable room, but frequent power cuts are a downside—AC doesn’t work during outages as the generator doesn’t support it. Generator works for remaining things. Bathroom needs improvement (ants were an issue). Early check-in costs ₹500 but isn’t worth it due to poor temporary rooms. Overall, a decent stay if you arrive on time and book a deluxe room.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had.
Despite having a confirmed booking, we were not given the room we had reserved. The room provided was poorly maintained. The washroom was filthy, the toilet was extremely dirty, and there was no water in the washroom at times, making it unusable. The lack of cleanliness and basic amenities was completely unacceptable.
The receptionist, Durga, was extremely rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. Instead of attending to guests, she was often busy watching reels on her phone and showed no interest in helping us. Whenever we raised an issue or asked for assistance, we were treated rudely rather than being offered a solution.
To make matters worse, on our last day we were forcefully asked to check out even though we had already extended our stay. This caused unnecessary stress and reflected very poor coordination.
The owner also showed no interest in the condition of the property or in resolving any of the issues we faced. There was no concern for guest satisfaction or accountability.
Overall, the poor hygiene, lack of basic facilities, unprofessional staff, and indifferent management made this an extremely disappointing experience. I would not recommend D Villa, Baner, Pune, to anyone unless there are major improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and management.
