Friendly, but very dirty and unkempt. Maid needs to be change, rooms need to be repaired, painted and remodeled. I had to actually walk to the office for toilet paper and I informed them the room was dirty, no toilet paper, toilet leaks. I was told the maid would clean it tomorrow. We'll hell, I'm only there for 1 night. They speak to very nice. But there is no pride in there place. They truly don't care. There is a spot where at one time held a couple rolls of toilet paper but all of them are broken and they never bothered to fix it. Unfortunately I have tried 2x to upload a couple of photos, but it will not let me

There was no cable box so i had no. Access to tv the whole night in my room when i told the front desk they said to talk to the guy that came to check for the box and remote in the morning what good does that do me for the whole night it's the second time it has happened

First off my tv didn’t work or my heater.. saw plenty extra rooms available but they tell me there sold out which was a lie. In my closet I tried to put my roll suitcase but to find out they got a huge construction project going on in the closet that’s dangerous for anyone staying in that room. Took them 3 hours to try and fix my tv just to not fix it. Sinks clogged and shower. Then want to call you at 10:55 to wake up or get charged a late fee for not checking out the exactly at 11.. this place is trash your better off sleeping in your car
