    We love the place, the location, the coffee machine in the lobby and the cleanliness. We were able to wash our clothes because of the w machine. I will book again

    Totally recommended! Near shinsabashi shopping street & accessible from shinsaibashi station via osaka metro. Room was very clean & because we stayed for 7 nights, they offered complimentary of 2 times cleaning. The room also accomodate my family & beds were clean & we had good slp all nights. Additionally, the washer & dryer helped alot so that I don't need to wash lotsa dirty clothes back homem Staffs were very fast to respond & even offered me the shower soap that i was looking all over the drugstores. 5 stars for the staffs & the apartment itself. Will stay here again if we visit osaka in future.

    We stay 6 nights. But the last two nights, there are lot of noise coming from room above. We could not sleep at all. We send message to hotel and they promise to request people room above keep minimum noise. But nothing change at all. I think the room is not sound proof, so you can hear sound from other rooms quite clearly. My advice, if you have difficult getting sleep, you should not stay here.
