    A place of healing from hectic & demanding lifestyle. I rate it exceptional because I'm feeling rested during my stay there. The food yes needed improvement by offering more varieties & with the right taste. Staffs indeed are valuable asset. Most of the staff they are multitask as front desk, cleaner, bellhop, cashier, room service & even manning omelette station but all of them work joyfully & humble. They work like they own the resort which to me very impressive. All are indeed exceptional especially Adele as she is very informative, hospitable, helpful, hardworking, caring & always try to meet guest expectation.

    The hotel is next to the road. The room is not sound proof so you can hear every car or motocycle driving past or if your neighbor is having fun. The floor up light too bright along the path to room is too bright where we could not really see what is in front of of us especially when it is raining and the floor is wet. The path to the mangrove area is unsafe especially the stairs down without handle or protection. The breakfast is at not acceptable standard: - foods are cold, ie you need to turn on the power socket to heat up the soup yourself, - no proper cover , ie fruits full of fruit flies - etc
