    Rooms dirty. No hot water, no water pressure, no balcony as offered. Sand falling through the internal building g structure in room only luggage shelf - room on bottom floor of 3 floors. Requested quiet room - super noisy next to pool and main walkway. Independent taxi from airport to Hotel was VT1000. Return charged VT1500 by hotel. Queried the price and got a ridiculous answer. Confirmed that the VT1500 price was for a private taxi. Yes, reception said. Taxi arrives, 2 other travellers bundle in. So VT4500 for a VT1000 ride. Rooms dirty. Lining clean and bed was comfortable. Avoid.

    So I checked in and paid for 2 adjoining rooms but was given only 1 room. I explained and showed them my booking they then needed to get the managers permission to give me what I'd paid for.....really??? Then when I got to the room, honestly the ONLY good thing was the bath towels were nice and the sheets clean...That's it. The door for the robe to hang clothes was broken and the rail to actually hang the clothes was broken off as well. The only other one available was soo high you'd need to be nigh on 200 CMS tall to reach it. Shower rose was broken. And only a quarter if a roll of toilet paper supplied.Although I didn't use it the pool looked nice. I have NEVER given a review like this before....stay away from this place.
