Seriously, this place is amazing value for money for Amsterdam and take that from an award-winning hotel owner. The staff are really friendly and helpful, the studios are spacious and well equipped, offering flexibility onsite shop, restaurant, bar and parking, supermarkets close by, get the tram to central Amsterdam in 17mins or walk or cycle, that's the only way to enjoy the amazing city of Amsterdam. 5 Stars*****

We had a lovely stay at the hotel, the room was massive and was clean. Only downer was that when we checked in there was a €160 euro tourist fee which we didn’t know about and an extra €300 for a deposit on the room. Apart from that shock, we had a great stay

The rooms were decent and reasonably clean, and the staff was friendly enough. However, be aware that there’s no real separation between the sleeping areas, which can be inconvenient if you're expecting privacy. Cleaning is not done daily, and coffee, sugar, and tea aren't refilled during the stay.
The location is a bit far from the city, so not ideal if you're relying on public transport or want to be central.
What really left a bad impression was the pricing issue — the amount I ended up paying at the hotel was significantly higher than what was shown on Agoda. Unfortunately, both Agoda and the hotel blamed each other, and I was stuck in the middle. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the experience.
