    Absolutely perfect apart from the fridge did not work in the room but I can’t fault them because they were more professional than the other city view Hotel and took the information the I had provided regarding the fridge as I wanted them to act responsibly because I felt that if it was something that they were going to take seriously and not lose their business then they must keep it up to standards as this is how they would start losing business then everybody would no longer go there then they would be closed down! It was the best way I could put it to them so that they could see that how important to act on information they are given that way they could not go wrong because then it gave them an idea of what the problem or if the had to get a quote to see how much money it would cost to fix the problem! Or completely replace it all together. This way it gave them plenty of time before the next guest had arrived to sort something out even if it was temporary or not was able to get it done but they could of taken it out of the room and put a ice box or something like that !

    I booked here as a rather last minute booking as it was cheap for a Saturday night. It's a good location, however the room provided (ground floor) was very stuffy with a window opening onto the reception area. It did get rather noisy when people were talking nearby. It's OK if you really can't afford other budget hotels (Travelodge etc) for a Saturday night.

    Honestly it had curtains on the front of the building that had been hung for 10000 years. The front door was white washed. The bedroom was in the reception with a door and stank. Stains all over the walls and the carpet was wet. Bathroom light cord was not white anymore. We snook out when the reception guy was out shouting down his phone by the window which led into our bedroom! 🤣🤣🤣🤣 I tried to cancel as when I read tripadvisor reviews I was concerned about my 10 year old being scared. The hotel ignored emails and messages. I had to ho through Agoda for them to answer me. They declined my refund. My child was petrified on check in. We sat in the room for 30 minutes then left. Please don’t book. Hostels are better.
