The hotel really looks old esp with the lack of lightings in the hallway and the yellow lights inside the room. We assumed there will be inside slippers, toothpaste etc. but theres none. Also, regular check-up/repairs/cleanliness of their facilities must be done given the not working bidet & toilet flush, dusty tv racks, and floors in our room. But would commend the aircon and the bed for we had a good night sleep after all. Kudos to the service boy, really helped me with the delivery of my online orders directly to our room. Thank you.
    8 / 10Excellent·Apr 2026
While the staff is desperately trying to keep the customers happy, it is almost impossible to do so, as the place needs a major overhaul and perhaps new management. It is completely run down and can not be recommended even the pool seems attractive at first, but no one swam in it during our 3 day stay. It was just too dirty and nobody clean it or attempted to. I sure feel sorry for the staff as some of them are really doing the best they can or maybe allowed to.
