The hotel itself was ok. Bed, bath clean. Has a restaurant (didn’t go), good location for where we needed. The main reason for a poor review was the fact we booked through a travel site to get a good rate, we were given a room in “the other building “. Completely separate from the main hotel & amenities. Sketchy clients in the parking lot & entrance. Strong smell of weed, people drinking outside right by the entrance. I was very disappointed. I feel the hotel dropped the ball big time.
If people are looking to stay at your hotel, for possible future stays as well, your guest should be given a nice room you would like to promote. Not the crappy one almost off the property.
Most guests using a 3rd party app are aware they wouldn’t get that discounted rate if they booked again but I’m not going to put this hotel on my list of potential places to stay.
We would probably have had breakfast in their restaurant had we not been placed in again the Crappy building.
I hope Agoda shares this review with Corporate.

Probably was the classy hotel back in the day, but we were satisfied with what we had and the bed was good and the rooms are roomy

I stayed here because of the location , I had to be someplace in the morning and wanted to sleep in a bit. It is an ok place to stay if you don't want free breakfast, and a tiny y t.v to watch ( good incentive to go for a walk). They also had a good selection of tea. For me not enough worth it for the money. But thats just my opinion
