I have to come to PCB regularly and I always stay at this retro gem of a motel. They always have pricing that's on par with the best discounted units in town during the off seasoncl months. Heated pool, awesome courtyard and the units on the first floor are literally right on the beach.

Great budget-friendly hotel on the Emerald Coast with beautiful white-sand beaches and emerald water. The rooms were efficient and comfortable with a kitchenette, couch, and chair, plus nice views of the pools and coastline. Loved the convenient location—shops and plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Excellent value for a relaxing beach getaway!

Well, let's start with, I purchased groceries before finding put the refrigerator wasn't working. Missed an adventure of a full day pontoon rental waiting on maintenance to replace the fridge. Room was nasty dirty. I'm uncertain as to whether tge floors had ever seen a mop. Roaches crawling in the walls, and black mold heavy in the bathroom. I was finally contacted by the GM offering me a refund in the amount of $105, which didn't cover the costs of lost foods, or the planned adventure. Altogether I'm out about $430, and have yet to receive ANY KIND OF REFUND!. Not only was this a disgusting vacation, but AGODA DID NOTHING to help recoup any if my lost monies. I'm done with Agoda, this is the 2nd of 3 places I've booked through them, that was unclean, unhealthy environments, and NO HELP FROM AGODA!
