⭐️ 1/5 – Worst Hotel Experience So Far! I traveled with my husband and chose this hotel mainly because it was conveniently located near the bus terminal. Unfortunately, the location was the only good thing about our stay. The biggest issue was the owner/older man who called himself the “Boss.” His behavior was extremely disappointing and made us feel uncomfortable and unsafe. We paid for the room for two nights, but when we went out and left the key card in the room, so that by the time we came back the room is still cold since the aircon they used is not the best, not cold and when we come back the old man knock to our door and told us he had entered our room and removed the key card without our permission, claiming that we needed to “save energy.” Excuse me, but we paid for the room for two nights. Entering a guest’s room without permission and removing the key card is completely unacceptable. It made us feel that we had no privacy and no sense of security during our stay. The hotel also did not provide basic toiletries, and when we asked for a bath towel and an extra blanket, the owner claimed that “the law” does not allow them to provide these items. I have traveled to many places, and this was honestly the first time I experienced a hotel refusing to provide such basic necessities while giving such an explanation. The owner was also not friendly, not welcoming, and extremely unpleasant to deal with. Hospitality should make guests feel comfortable, respected, and safe—not the opposite. Overall, this was the worst hotel experience we have had so far. I would definitely not recommend this hotel. The location may be convenient, but good location cannot make up for poor hospitality, lack of privacy, and unacceptable treatment of paying guests.

Great location, For the price don’t expect too much, no bath towel provided, the elevator is very confusing, the first time we go up we try 3 times before getting in the room, very cheap price, thats why don expect too much

She asked for 2k NTD because my girlfriend had been bleeding badly because of her periods. I won't say this is something new that happened as I've heard the story many times happened with many people but none got charged like this. In one incident I got a booking by AGODA and the similar case happened but the hotel owner even helped us with the periods pads. I myself work in the 5 star hotel and have seen these cases but we only charge one time a VIP guest for breaking the window. I'm more angry on AGODA then this third class hotel. Please stay away and I will submit a report to Agoda and the hotel agencies as soon as I will be free from my work]
