We absolutely loved the Centrella Hotel. The Victorian house is stunning, staff goes above and beyond, the grounds are meticulous. Location is central to everything. Light breakfast in the morning and the glass of complimentary wine in the evening is a nice touch. Thank you, Centrella for the best experience!

The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area on foot, while the cleanliness throughout the property was impressive. The staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained, including a comfortable sleeping environment and a tidy bathroom, ensuring a pleasant stay.
Housekeeping did a great job keeping everything in order, contributing to a truly enjoyable visit.

The rooms are very outdated and the size are extremely small. My bathroom door does not even close. The description from Agoda is completely wrong, the actual rooms are in half size from the the description. Furthermore, their official website stated that their rooms are renovated, however, there is zero renovation based on my experience. The price we paid for this stay experience was a completely rip off. We do not recommend staying here.
