This motel is perfectly adequate for the price point. The rooms are dated as with that brings marks and things that aren't perfect - but for the price point in the location it is in, we couldn't fault it. Breakfast was fresh and appreciated.

This was a very economical stay considering the area. I was a solo traveler but my other golf buddies could’ve easily stayed the night comfortably with me if they went solo and didn’t come out with their families. The room included a microwave and mini fridge. The coffee and grab and go breakfast (croissant and Costco muffin and baby bell cheese with an apple) in the morning was perfect. I would definitely stay here again if I ever go golfing in the area again.

We've stayed here on two separate trips, and each time confirmed the same thing: a great location can only make up for so much.
To be fair, the staff were friendly both visits, and the location is genuinely convenient. Breakfast was a croissant, a Baby Bel cheese, a muffin, cinnamon-flavored coffee — but it's a minor bright spot in an otherwise disappointing stay.
The hotel itself is old and visibly neglected, well past the point of "charmingly worn." In one room, the toilet seat's paint had chipped away so badly the bare material underneath was showing. The beds were uncomfortable, and the pillows felt lumpy, like they were falling apart inside.
Worst of all: on our most recent stay, we found a large urine stain on the bed. We asked to switch rooms, and the replacement room had a urine stain too, just smaller. That's not an "old hotel" problem — that's a basic cleanliness failure, and honestly inexcusable no matter what you're paying.
The area fills up fast in peak season, so if you're not careful about timing, this may be one of the few places left with availability — but that shouldn't be a reason to settle.
**Bottom line:** Good location, friendly staff, but the outdated rooms and — more seriously — the stained bedding make this a hard pass. I wouldn't stay here again, and I can't recommend it until they take cleanliness seriously.
