    The Location is terrible , it is in a small Filipino village with no restaurants or any where to visit. The apartments are one hour away from the main town in El Nido . The Road to get there is awful winding bumpy and is very steep in drops and climbs . The tricycle driver hated driving up and down the bumpy road and at one stage we had to get out and walk up hill for about 200 yards in very hot temperatures as the tricycle couldn’t get up the steep hill . The staff were pleasant enough . We only stayed one night because it was so far from the busy part of El Nido . Plus the journey would have been horrendous every day and positively dangerous at night . The road had no lights whatsoever with the bumps and steep rises it would have been scary . It is just in the wrong place if you are on vacation to enjoy El Nido

    If you want to stay away the craziness of El Nido and stay in an authentic Filipino village, this is the place to stay. Casa Vina El Nido is small hotel run by a family.
