This place is close to the bus terminal.
It is not too far from the city center.
It is cheaper than other places.
However, I wasn't satisfied with the service at all. There was nobody at the reception almost all the time. So I had to look for the staff, the owner or the cleaning lady. Especially the owner wasn't friendly at all which surprised me after having read all the positive reviews about him.
Lastly, the budget room is tiny so if you tend to spend more time indoors then outdoors, I recommend you to choose a different room type or a different place . For example I found the 4-bed female dorm cozier than my single room.
