My favorite stay in Mexico. I couldn't believe how quiet it was. Location was perfect. Room and the entire place were very cozy. Additionally the staff can help you arrange many attractions.
The only nitpick is pretty basic amenities in the bathroom - no hair conditioner etc, only soap and shampoo

Just next the to arch and to the city center, cured in every detail, both inside and outside the rooms. Extremely clean. The staff is extremely nice and helped us out to get to the airport and also allowed us a late check out. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!

Excellent location. Spacious room and nice overall facilities.
On arrival, I was quickly given the key to my room, with no further questions or information. I had no interaction with the staff for the rest of my stay - I simply dropped off the key when I left. The experience lacked a personal, caring touch.
