Came here for a birthday celebration. Nice hotel. Parking fee is outrageous so I just parked in little Italy for a much cheaper option. Location is great. Rooms were clean and great bathrooms. Customer stress great. They let us check in early which was nice but held out bags while we did brunch. Elevators were tricky to operate and don't forget your key card. I would stay here again. Only negative was the ice machines were in bad shape.

Our second time in San Diego and we chose a place that’s not near gas lamp but still walkable to alot of the must see places here. Hotel surroundings are quiet but near to little Italy where all the great food is at. Rooms are impeccable and hotel staff is friendly and helpful! Will definitely recommend!

Nice, newer hotel. Had some issues with food but front desk staff handled it well. Very nice gym facilities. Took a free class that I liked. Was surprised by extra fees as Agoda states all fees are included. We were hit with extra fees when we arrived. We were able to avoid the parking fee with free street parking after 8p on Sat through Sun. Got lucky. Check signage.

I think the rooms are great and staff is very nice! For the money its a good hotel but it has two things that must be considered when booking. First there is a new building blocking the west toward the Bay, thus the "no Bayview title" . Second the pool is blocked from the sun almost the entirety of the day except about 45 minutes. The pictures of the property are from before this building went up and blocked the sun. Also the description on Agoda is wrong with have "Bayview" room listed when the property said they don't have any rooms with a view. I contacted Agoda and the agent contacted the property they told her they have escalated this issue with Agoda and they are currently still booking with "Bayview room" . Hopefully they correct the that . I was very pleased with the rest of the property and staff. It's a good value if you don't want a view or pool.
